My son is 8 years old. He is also a med-high functioning autistic. For Christmas this year, my husband and I purchased a Marble Mania Galaxy for him-curious to see how that would work with him and the issues he has for problem solving, interactive thinking, and social skills. I would like to report to you that after him and his father put it together, my son plays with this for at least 2 hrs every day. He sits and watches the marbles as they come out of the shoot, traces the paths to help him problem solve, and he has become more "person friendly" because he wants to show people what this does and enjoys it when people watches him...WHICH NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.

Our whole purpose for purchasing this set was to see if we could somehow bridge a gap between him and us...it is difficult when you just cant reach your own child. Thank you for helping us do that...it means more than you know.

I recently purchased a Telly the Talking Time Clock which I found was slightly defective when I opened it. Long story short, your Sales Administration Associate Sherri Borrelli (sborrelli@tlji.com, 602-787-1117 ext. 119) has been extremely helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue. Though it is not a "big ticket" item, she still showed me the importance of my purchase and her personal attention to my concern. After several information-gathering emails, I believe the situation has been resolved.

It is very encouraging and greatly appreciated to receive such excellent customer service. Sherri has been wonderful to work with. I just thought you would like to know that. Over the years, I have trained customer service reps for the semiconductor/electronics industry. Thus I have some first hand knowledge of what it takes to present a company, its public persona and its policies to the customer.
