Kids will learn counting and numbers every time they take a cookie from this fun electronic cookie jar. The Count & Learn Cookie Jar smiles at your little learner while it helps them count from one to 10. Simply push the nose on the jar to get started, select a cookie, and insert it into the top of the jar. Cookie Jar will tell you what number and how many chips are on the cookie. Push the nose again and the game changes. "Can you find the number six?" Children search their selection of cookies and make a selection. They have three tries to select the correct cookie and will be rewarded with some fun phrases. To retrieve the cookies from the jar, simply turn the storage compartment door on the back of the jar. Requires two AA batteries (included). Recommended for ages 2+ years.
This toy is so educational! The best part is the numbers labeled on the back. The chocolate chip pieces correlates with the numbers on the back. I love how there’s two games. The first game calls out a number and you have to find it or you can drop pieces 1 by 1
My daughter love this cookie jar! Love the design and color. Cookies are great way to learn numbers. She likes to put things in and take them out. I love that it count each cookies and ask to find the number the voice of jar makes her laugh. This is perfect count and learn toy to make learning is fun!!
Our son loved the toy a lot. The cookies are a good way to learn numbers. I really liked that the cookie jar can actually ask for a specific numbered cookie and then respond accordingly. Absolutely loved it!!
My kids absolutely love this toy. Playing cookie shop, Counting chocolate chips, and having to find the correct number. My 2 year old loves it all the way up to my 7 year old. It beyond met my expectations, keeping my older kids entertained as well as my Littles.
My son absolutely loves cookies so I thought he would enjoy the Count & Learn Cookie Jar. He absolutely adores it! I love that the cookies are numbered on the back and have the matching amount of chocolate chips on the front. The cookie jar can detect which cookie you put in the jar and can even ask the child to find a specific number. This item is a must-have for preschoolers and toddlers!
This is an amazing counting game and the kids loved it. Great for beginners!
We are practising our numbers and counting with 'Count & Learn Cookie Jar' from @the_learning_journey ????????
Gaurika has been singing 'Who took the cookie from the cookie jar' since morning and calls it a Cookie Monster ????
She can hardly control her excitement ????
Such a cute cookie jar! It has 2 modes, one where the cookie jar tells you which number cookie to put in and the other mode which counts the cookies as you put them in. It really helped my toddler recognize the numbers and he loved counting with the adorable jar.
This toy is durable and stands up to lots of abuse! It helps kids learn to count and work on fine motor skills. Great buy!
A great product- well made and provides options for kids for different learning levels as well as just playing with the cookies!!
When my little one saw this her eyes lit up. She could not wait to play. It is such a fun way to learn about numbers and counting. It even helps with her fine motor skills. I love the feature of being about to count 1 to 10 as well as a way to recognize numbers. It is a great way to teach and learn. We couldn't recommend it enough!
perfect
My daughter couldn't wait to open up this toy! The cookie jar is a great, hands-on way to practice numbers and counting. I love that there is a feature for counting from one to ten and another one for identifying the numbers on the cookies. My daughter also loves to take the cookie jar into her play kitchen and pretend to bake cookies! So much fun!
My child loves this toy
It’s cute and educational. My 4 year old adores him.
My son loves this, especially since he loves Cookie Monster. It helped him learn his numbers too.
Great purchase, kids play with all day long and learn also
My 2 year old loves this toy. She loves learning counting and this is so fun for her
My 20 month old son LOVES his counting cookie jar. He's at the stage now where he wants to put things in, take things out, putting things on (like kids to a soda cap, etc) and taking them off. So his counting cookie jar keeps him busy! And it interacts with him. I can see this helping him with recognizing numbers and helping with counting. Great purchase!
This is an Awesome learning toy!!! my 2 year old loves it , he’s rough so I wish it wasn’t made of hard plastic but so far so good ????
It was a gift, and the cookies were too hard to get in.
I love this gift but the cookies are kind of hard to push in so my daughter doesn't like to keep playing with it.
Bought this cookie jar for my 2 year old niece for her birthday, she had a blast playing with it.
Boy my god sons age 1 and 2 loved this toy.
Cute way of teaching the kids how to count
I got this for my 1 year old for her birthday. She loves it! Right now she loves pushing the cookies in over and over. It’s a great toy because as she gets older she can continue to play with it. The cookies have numbers and when you put a cookie in it counts with you and then it will also ask you to put a specific cookie number in. Great purchase!!
My niece love it!
This was my grandson’s favorite toy Christmas. I’m very happy with the purchase
This was a Christmas present for a 2 year old. He played it with his great grandma. They had fun. The only comment that was not favorable for the toy was that it was loud.
My little girl was So Happy!!!! She loves her Cookie Jar
My daughter loves it . Great learning tool
Gave as a gift after my kid got to play with it at a playdate. Every kid I have seen play with this toy goes gaga over it.
Gift for grandchild
Our grandkids love them
As described
Teaches while playing!
I bought this for my son who has autism. He loves playing with it.
Great educational toy that teaches any child to count, its cute, built tough just wiah it was a little louder, a volume botton would have been great.
LOVE IT!
Kiddos will love these! From a 1 year old to my 4 yeart old grandson, who already knows his numbers. Just an all around fun learning toy! Music is great! Just ordered the second one for a relative!
Lo recomiedo la maestra que viene a enseñar a mi hijo, ella tiene unos de esos y el le encanto ese juguete de galletas cuentas los numeros. Y por eso yo se lo compre para jugar con el.
Grandson loved it
Its cute but hard for my kiddos to play with. They are 7, 2, and 1. If you dont have the cookies turned and facing exactly the right way, it want read the right number. Kinda frustrating.
This is my son's favorite counting toy. I will say, sometimes it glitches and tells you that you've picked the wrong number when it is indeed the correct cookie. He loves it regardless, but that's why I took one star off the review.
Great
It was a gift for grandchildren. They loved it.
after a few times playing with this, my 2 year old is able to identify all of the numbers !
Good
I love this toy. The voice is so cute and there are two different games. Plus the cookies are the perfect size for little hands to hold and put in cookie jar.
Adorable, sturdy and fun.
Wonderful! My 4 years old son loves it!
Just ok.My son likes it, but like other reviews have said the counting is off.... it is cute though!
Durable, excellent for motorskills, and excellent for counting. My daughter really enjoys playing with this toy
Gift
Perfectly sized for toddlers. Electronic voice is nicely paced and easy to follow. Varies stages allow toy to grow with tots.
Daughter loves it
Keeps kids busy
Quality wise its very good. Little problem in design. Kids always have the problem putting cookies inside the jar after reading the number from front as design requires the cookie to put facing other way. Which makes the small kids confused.Shortly kids starts getting bored of it.
My toddlers fight over this cookie jar. It’s a great toy for little ones. It helps with hand eye coordination, the cookie jar counts, and the kids want to play it repeatedly.
Count and Learn Cookie Jar performs exactly as described. Love it!
Great toy! My toddler loves it. 4 stars only because it is a loud toy and I wish it had volume controls.
Great toy ! Our 15 M old baby boy loves it
This is a clever toddler toy. Younger ones can have fun just putting the cookies in the jar then learn the actual numbers too. I highly recommend it. I will buy this product again and will look for other items from this vendor!
great toy, well made
Cute toy
Highly recommended,my toddler have been playing with a cookie jar everyday! Very educational as well!
This is a super cute toy! Plays two games, count the cookies and then find this number. Cookies have a number on the back and that many chocolate chips on the front. Great learning tool! I’d buy this if I were still teaching kindergarten for my classroom!
My daughter loves it. Doesn't always register when you put a cookie in and doesn't read the numbers on the cookie. Just counts them. Sure is noisy! My daughter could push the buttons all day. Lol
Great grand children loved it.
Really cute! Helps with learning to count. The cookies also have different number of chocolate chips on them to go along with the learning experience.
The door on the back of the jar that is used to get the cookies is difficult for my child to do on his own.
This is a great learning toy. Our son is a little young at 15 months to play with it in its full capacity, but for now he loves putting the cookies in which is great for his motor skills and as he gets older it will be a great toy for helping him to count and recognize numbers.
This is so cute! The little voice is also very cute. It was given as a Christmas present & was enjoyed for several hours. Love the two different play modes.
My mom had one and my kids love it. I bought one for my house and when it arrived there was no backing to it... The cookies just fall out! How can I get a replacement???
Keeps toddlers interested
Big hit with both my one year-old and 19-month old granddaughters (in two different cities)! (This is the second one I've purchased.) My four-year old seems less interested, but I'm hoping we can play with it together and help her solidify her number knowledge!
My grandson and his older sister both love this cute cookie jar. They love putting the cookies inside. I purchased it along with the book Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar? It made a great gift!
Exactly what I expected
Grandsons love this! Helps them learn and they love to play with it as it has a little action and talks
my daughter love this she play with it daily
Good Learning tool!
This is very cute my 2 year old loves it!
We love this cookie jar. My son received as a gift when he was around 1 yr old. He still plays with it at almost 3yrs old. This particular purchase was a gift for a family friend with two small children. Everytime they come over the immediately go looking for the cookie jar. They love this toy and I love that it teaches numbers and counting in the process
My daughter loves this cookie jar. Easy to remove cookies and put them back in.
Giving this to my grandson who is 18 months. I haven't seen it work yet (as he doesn't have it yet) but it's super cute in real life!
Got this on sale so it's really great for what I paid. Daughter will love it. We have similar toys at home for learning colours. If anything isn't okay I will update the review, but for now it's a great toy :!
2 yr old loved this gift
My one-year old son loves this. He gnaws on the cookies but they are big enough to NOT be a choking hazard. When he is older maybe the counting part will be educational but for now he enjoys shoving the cookies in and carrying the cookie jar around.
I am a speech pathologist and the children love this toy!
This is a great learning toy for counting and speech
Great toy
My son would not put this cookie jar down after seeing it at a friends house. In the cookie jar is durable and stands up to the repeated abuse of a toddler constantly jamming the toy cookies inside. The cookie jar counts the cookies as they are inserted, and asks for specific numbered cookies, knowing if the right cookie is inserted, helping my son learn numbers! All in all this is a great toy that keeps the kiddo entertained for long stretches and reached him something at the same time!
My kids love to play with this toy, and it is a great counting lesson tool for them
Super fun
Good Product!!!
Love this toy. We use it for counting practice and you don't even need to turn it on to have fun with smashing the cookies in the jars. I think the toddler boys like it because you can really slam them in there and it makes a satisfying crash.
This is perhaps the most annoying toy I have ever purchased but my kid loves it
I was really impressed when our child development teacher brought it over one time. So I got to have one in my house.
This was a gift for grandsons. I believed they enjoyed it.
First one came and sound didn't work but got new one very next day. Cute toy but a smaller opening on top then i thought so a little more advanced in age then i was looking for
2 yr. old loved it!!!
Item arrived fast and, priced well, and functioned as expected, thanks.
My kid is 2 years old and he likes cookie jar and every day he is asking me to play with him.As mother , I saw this toy is very useful to learn our children the numbers and counting.
my grand daughter (3) and I play with this nightly. She loves it!
Wish this had a volume switch but otherwise very fun today for a toddler.
This toy is great for Braille learners as it gives auditory feedback, and it is easy to put Braille label on the cookies so that the students can learn how to read numbers.
My 2 and 5 year old both have fun this is toy
My niece loves this toy! It is a great toy for learning numbers and beginning to count. The manufacturer recommends 24mo., but my niece wasn't quite 20 months when she discovered it at her speech therapist's office. She cried when she had to leave it there. She's getting her very own for Christmas and I'm pretty sure she will be playing with it for a while. The toy is very well made. My mother is a Pre-School teacher and tells me this toy is sold through one of her school catalogs as a classroom education toy, so it is designed for wear and tear. Highly recommended.
good
Quite annoying that there's no off button...but that's my sister's problem now! :)
We have the Color Fish bowl by the same maker and our 18 month old learn the colors with ease. I thought I would give this a try. Like others say, if your little one pushes the cookie too fast, it can read the number incorrectly. The same thing happens with the fish bowl but that is why you as a parent have to be there to reinforce the colors and numbers. It can get confusing for the child if you leave them alone and the information is incorrect. She is still too young to recognize the numbers for the game mode but she counts the cookies with the jar in the counting mode. I really liked it, it was a fun way to teach her numbers. The cute thing too is that when my daughter learned the numbers and colors and the cookie jar said them incorrectly, she would laugh and say, "no, it's two."
My son loved this toy. It is cute, fun, educational, and durable. He loves to drop the cookies in and count with it!
My niece loves this cookie jar! She plays with it in both languages! It is most definitely a great gift to give!
My son loves cookies- so he loves this toy. It holds up very well. He loves to chew on the cookies, which after 1 year, still show no sign of wear and tear. As a parent, this toy needs volume control and most certainly needs an on/off switch.
The grandkids love it. Perfect for toddlers. Would be a joy for a little boy or girl. great, to have
We bought this toy for my 4 year old daughter who has Down syndrome. It's great and not like other counting toys we have purchased. The cookies can only go in through the top a certain way, so she has to pay attention to what she is doing. The jar then counts to 10 as you put in each cookie. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because in order to get the cookies out of the jar, you have to twist the back part off, take them out, and then twist it back on. It is sometimes cumbersome for me to twist it back on, so of course a 4 year old struggles.Other than that, for the educational value, I would definitely recommend the toy. We are normally playing/learning with her anyway, so the twisting should be a non-issue.
Easily handled by little hands, except side door difficult to replace. Cookies are fun to count and go in the jar well.
We bought this for my son for Christmas. Though we have not gifted it to him yet, I did want to state that the cookie jar is easy to understand and the volume is not too loud. Some reviews say otherwise but I did not find that to be true. I will update our experience playing with it after we have had the time to use it.
I got this for my grandson who is blind. It is one of the best toys I have purchased for him. The cookies have raised chocolate chips that he can feel. It will really be a fun way for him to learn to count. Good construction and easy to use. Great toy.
The only thing wrong with it is you can only put the cookie in one way, and 2 year old get frustrated.
My grandson loved this toy & we are enjoying watching him match up the numbers on the cookies, a good learning toy.
fun and exciting learning tool for a child even the parents had fun with it these type of interactive toys make learning easy and fun
Grandson loves it especially the chomping sounds when the cookies are dropped through the slot into the jar. He is already beginning to pick up on the numbers.
I purchased this for my 2 year old niece. What a hit. She absolutely loves it. What a great learning game.
As a teacher and mother of a soon to be 4 year old, I've learned that this is my preschoolers FAVORITE toy by far and educational! Must have!
Clever idea but difficult to remove cookies and no switch to turn the voice off without waiting for it to go into sleep mode. Plastic is hard, the kind that cracks easily.
my 19 month old loves this toy! This toy is very cute! My son's E.I. therapist brought it over to teach him to say "open", "close" "cookie" and "more" ...It worked like a charm and my son loves it! I am a very happy parent
This toy is fun and educational for a child who is at least 2 years old. I bought it for my 16-month-old grandson and hehad trouble putting the cookies in the slot correctly. He is very smart but it was a bit frustrating so he just left italone and went to something else. Otherwise it was a good choice as a learning and fun tool. It is very sturdy and colorfuland will not break easily.
My daughter is 2 1/2 & she enjoys counting the pieces. I like that each cookie has a corresponding number up to 10, but as she puts them in one-by-one, it counts them in sequence regardless of whether she puts the 9 in after the 3.
Just bought this little guy after a friend bought it for her daughter. It's adorable, my little girl just loves it and it looks like a toy that will surely grow with her. Right now we are learning how to count and recognize numbers, and later will use to help with simple math problems! She is quickly learning her numbers and loves playing the Find It! game, I've read past reviews that this is where is has acted up for others, but we've not had this issue. We have ordered other toys made by this company in the past, their customer service has always been superb, and any issue (though we've never had any) I'm sure would be quickly corrected. Perfect for little learners!
The cookie jar is adorable but the cookies themselves are cheap and the "M&M's" are very poorly painted and hard to see.
I'm a preschool teacher and love using this educational toy to teach counting and even beginning math! The kids love the voices and it really helps make learning fun. Very cute toy to display in the classroom.
When I received the Count and Learn Cookie jar I thought it was just too darn cute! My two daughters, who are are 16 months and almost 3 would not stop playing with it.The Count and Learn Cookie Jar comes with the cookie jar and a lid, along with 10 cookies. Each cookie has a number on the back, along with chocolate chips that match the number as an added learning tool. The lid comes off, and there is a slot for the cookies to go into. The cookies only go in one way because of the way the cookies are shaped. My oldest daughter can easily figure out the right way to put them in, but my youngest daughter get's a little frustrated when they don't fit in the slot. The cookie jar is meant for 2+ years, so I understand the reason for my youngest daughter's frustration since she is only 16 months. However, I also think it is a great manipulative toy for her because it reminds me of the toy where you put the shapes in the right holes. To begin playing, you wake up the Count and Learn Cookie Jar by pressing his nose or inserting a cookie. There are two modes to the Count and Learn Cookie Jar. The first mode to the cookie jar is it will count each cookie inserted until all the cookies have been counted up to ten. If you don't put in a cookie it will ask for another. My girls love when it asks for another! The second mode is the cookie jar will ask for a specific number. It gives you 3 chances to get it right before it goes onto the next question. If your child gets it wrong it says "Uh Oh!" This is a very common phrase in my youngest daughter's vocabulary at the moment, so she laughs every time it says "Uh Oh."What I really like about the Count and Learn Cookie Jar is my oldest daughter is learning to associate numbers orally with written numbers, while it is teaching my youngest manipulative skills, along with counting out loud!Things I would change about the Count and Learn would be:1. I would have a sound button, for it's pretty loud and there is no way to turn it down.2. I would have an off switch because it turns on when you touch the nose and I have accidentally turned it on a few too many times!Overall, I think it is a great learning toy for kids and I would recommend it!
My girl loves this toy but I am a bit disappointed. I received the Cookie Jar with 10 cookies but there's no number 6 and have two number 8s :( Sad because she gets a bit confused when it comes to find number 6 and there's non!I guess I can't sent it back, since I am outside the US and it will take ages to get a refund or to get another one.:(
This is a fun way for you child to learn to count but after awhile he lost intetest in it and now it just sits on a shelf.
I bought this for my four year old for Christmas. The only problem is he and my two year old fight over it. I am not sure how much they are learning from it, but they love the size, shape, and colors. The pieces are right for chubby little hands.
