Item #: 868942
This colorful set of 30 counting puzzle cards provides children with an excellent introduction to mathematics, number recognition, and counting . Each card features the number of pictures that are associated with the matching answer. Simply match the number and the correct number of objects to complete the puzzle. The puzzles are self-correcting as no two puzzle cuts are the same, a fun way to learn counting. Recommended for ages 3+ years.
Cute and well made puzzle for a young number learner.
Great learning gift
My kid loved it. Fun way to count and learn numbers!
Good learning puzzle game for young children. My 3 year old can match the pieces together good. The numbers are colored. And the characters that match up to the numbers are good and easy to count. They come in a nice box with a handle on it so you can carry it around.
These flashcards are nice and sturdy, but I feel like given the size of the box that these came in the card could have been a little bit bigger so that once you get to higher numbers like 19 and 20 the pictures don't become so tiny that it's almost hard for a small child to count them and keep it straight. I also thought some of the pictures were a little outdated and they could have chosen pictures that were more recognizable to kids, for instance instead of the wheelbarrow and the cactus they coukd have used things like crayons or apples. Other than theg are working great so far for helping my son practice counting.
My 4 year old son is struggling to remember and recognize certain numbers and after talking with his preschool teacher we came up with a strategy that could help him learn his numbers and associate them with colorful pictures too. This would be a nice gift or even a helpful donation for a nearby school or daycare if you're feeling generous during this holiday season.
A Christmas gift.
I knew my toddler would be getting toys for christmas from different relatives this year. So i decided to get him this Match it number set!. He has the words Match it set and he loves it he's only 3 yrs old and has memorized all the words, pictures, letters. Match it products are very great and also the puzzle pieces are great at durability.
Great little learning activity for my grandson.
This made a great preschool math practice. My kids loved it and played for quite some time and didn’t want to quit. Very engaging.
I got this puzzle for a boy who has just turned 4. He plays with numbers 1-10 only so far as that is what he had been introduced to and it definitely helps him to practice number recognition and counting (he does not attempt to assemble random pieces but it definitely is useful that this puzzle is a self-correct type). The pictures and the print are good quality, the colors are vibrant, the pieces are pretty sturdy and fit well together when they should, do not fit at all when they shouldn’t.My only complaint is that there is nothing to make it easier for kids to tell which side of a number piece is the top and which is the bottom - for kids who don’t know the numbers names and shapes by heart yet, it may be difficult to easily spot the difference between 6 and 9 for example - obviously, they will eventually see that it is on the wrong side if they try to put them together but there should be no confusion at all.I wish there was a black line or something on the bottom of each piece for that reason (also, an almost 3 year old girl who likes to join her brother in play, ends up putting the pieces /connected pairs/ sideways or upside down... the line would help her, too)I was able to fix that issue myself though, using sharpies :)
Poorly worded description. Numbers 1 -10 are duplicates. This puzzle does not count to 30. Duplicate numbers are absolutely useless.
My kids loves it. I’m sooo happy I purchased this item thank you !!
I would highly recommend this product! Great for homeschooling, remote learning or anyone interested in helping their children learn counting and numbers in a fun way. My kids think this game is fun because they get to "hunt" for the missing pieces! No negative to say but many positives. Great quality, thick, sturdy material that will last through many kids, durable, great color and pictures! Would highly recommend this product!
My five year old really likes this game. It helps her with her numbers, but it's still easy enough to help her confidence. Her dad and I play it with her for a little family fun.
My 3.5 yo LOVES these. He can count to 17 already and they’re helping him nail down those last few digits to 20. The color coordination helps him identify matches while he is learning to identify numbers. The puzzle pieces are very sturdy and thick which is a huge added plus.
Great product for eager to learn 3 yr. Olds. Sturdy and can take a stomping. Pictures a clear and easy for kids to recognize.
I will use this with pre k students
Good quality. Great activity for toddlers.
We love this counting game! It is so interactive and my little one enjoyed counting and matching. What a fun way to learn number recognition and counting but also play with puzzles!
Great product for preschool to introduce basic math.
My autistic son absolutely loved this!
Great kids game for learning and dexterity!!
My 4 year old loves this. He loved counting all the different pictures.
My son loves to cout and he was very excited about this puzzle.
Very sturdy, but I thought with 30 puzzles the numbers would go to 30 but they don’t. There are two sets of the numbers one through 10 and one set of the numbers 11 through 20.
Perfect for teaching!
Me gustó mucho la calidad del material.Son las primeras piezas de rompecabezas que mi hijo puede juntar sin que se maltraten.Lo recomiendo mucho
I thought this would go to 30, the actual number. It does not. It repeats and does not go past 20. For me it's frustrating and does not make any sense. If the whole point is to help a toddler learn to count, match and retain, then repeating numbers that are already there is dumb.As for the sturdiness, it's ok. There are some that are peeling, but for the price, i guess it is fine. You can find this cheaper in your local store for sure. I would not buy this again and my son, LOVES to learn and LOVES puzzles, but does not love this.
Absolutely love this!!! Fun way to teach your child counting and to recognize their numbers!!! Me and my daughter do this every day. !
I really do love these and they are perfect for my toddler however kind of deceiving because it says there’s 30 sets but the numbers only go up to the number 20 and there are duplicates for the number 1 through 10 not sure why? I wish the numbers went up to 30. Otherwise perfect gift, perfect for children for them to learn their numbers!
Very cute toy and well made
My 4 year old loves it! I’m really happy with it too. Thank you for the fast shipping!!
Very cute leading puzzle. Helps my child learn
I got this for my 3-year-old son to help practice his number recognition and counting. Comes with two sets of 1-10 and one set of 11-20. Sturdy, colorful and holds his attention. Great for toddlers and preschool-aged children.
We use this to supplement our homeschooling mass time, my son needed something more challenging then Pre-K level but is 4 so I wanted to do something fun and interesting. My son is hyperactive very tactile, so he tends to only like things that involve games challenges, the ability to use his hands and be in control of his own situation and this hit all of those very well. We spent everyday doing it at least once since getting it and now it's a fun game for him. I highly recommend.
Our 2+ year old granddaughter is learning her numbers at a very rapid pace with this product.
There are 30 pairs. 2 sets of 1-10 pairs and one set of 11-20 pairs.
Easy to read and play with
Great for teaching toddler
Great puzzle.
My almost 3 yr olds love this and Have a lot of fun finding matching pieces. Helps them learn to count objects vs just memorization.
Granddaughter loves it
Perfect
My 3 yr old is in love with this game. He loves anything to do with numbers and counting, so it was a good game for him.The pictures are adorable, colorful and neat. And no confusion about which one us 6 or 9, because the puzzle pieces are unique, a 6 won’t fit 9 and vice versa. Few corners have come undone after playing for a few days, but nothing that a glue stick won’t fix.Overall a very sturdy, colorful, fun and educational game for little kids.
Bought as a gift for my niece. No complaints.
I thought this was numbers 1-30, but it’s not. It’s two sets of 1-10, and a set of 11-20. Good for extra practice of the first ten though.
These are great for my 3 year old! She loves doing it!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Had so much fun learning to match and count. My lil 4 year old was the star of the show, counted to 20 which is the highest these go up to. We had fun!
Very helpful
Grandchildren absolutely love it very sturdy start a made of sturdy stuff not cheaply made
Great for students
I bought them for my preschool students and they love them!!!
Reason for purchase:After moving 4 hours away from my 3 year old (turning 4 this month) godson I started thinking outside the box. I researched STEM toy & book subscription boxes & found the age gap was too wide to consistently get age appropriate toys/books. I decided to make my own. I feel it necessary to disclose this is a time consuming project & it can be as inexpensive or expensive in price as you choose. It's entirely dependent on you.In my box:The Crayons: A Set of Books and Finger Puppets & The Learning Journey: Match It! - Counting - Self-Correcting Number & Learn to Count Puzzle.Product Review:The Learning Journey: Match It! - Counting - Self-Correcting Number & Learn to Count Puzzle was an inexpensive toy that went well with The Crayons Book of Numbers book. It's a simple but effective toy to practice numbers. My godson's interest in the toy seems to have limited entertainment value. Anytime a book about numbers is on the story time agenda the toy is used. He'll listen to the story wait for the numbers & pull out that puzzle card to show his mother or me via facetime he understands the number 2 is correspondent to the 2 puzzle & so on.I suspect the toy's limited shelf life is being extended by the learn your number type books.Recommendation:I'm not sure how interesting the toy would be alone in your household. I wouldn't recommend the toy as a gift. It was simply packaged & truly unimpressive alone. For my purposes I give it a 5 star rating.
Great learning tool for kids
These are a good learning tool for small hands
My child absolitely loves these!!! He gets so much time and fun out of them. I have also bought a couple others and look forward to buying more!
My son loves it!
Interesting puzzle for my ~4 year old, keeps him engaged for a hour.
I bought these for my first grade class. They have enjoyed it and it a been a good value.
This is a terrific learning game! Got it for my 3-year-old granddaughter. The puzzle pieces are large and sturdy and easy for small hands to put together. Payton already recognizes the numbers and can count groups up to 10, so we are using those for reinforcement and are saving the higher numbers for a little later. The objects on the puzzle pieces can also be used for even younger kids for object recognition (cat, trains, etc.), and the numbers can be used to help with learning colors, as well. I would definitely recommend this puzzle game--it makes an excellent gift, and Payton kept going back to play with it over all the other presents I got her!
Love it....got it for my 2 year old daughter and she knew how to do it the same day..need more to easy for her.but great to have
Great learning toy.Teaches the child to count and match the items to the number on the card. This helps them to count and learn the numbers too.
Nice
Bueno
This product is great for a quick learning center, partner work, or for moms who want to introduce their little ones to numeral and set matching. You get two sets of cards for numbers 1 to 10, and one set of cards for numbers 11 to 20.
Muy educativo y buen material
Kids love themGood for learning
Sturdy and very educative .
My 2 year old loves this! The box did not hold up well after daily play but the puzzle cards do!
Great tool classroom and home
It was quite overwhelming for my toddler due to the small, cluttered pictures the higher up the numbers went. 1-10 was fun and then he lost interest. We hardly ever play with this one. Not a favorite.
Great strategy game while learning to count
Progressive child development.
Perfect for an after school activity for my preschooler. He also uses this in school which is a plus. Buy it!
What a great toy for a 3 to 4 year old. My 4 year old granddaughter has been playing this for a year and loves it. She can now match the cards up to 20. Great gift.
Excellent.
Good quality, sturdy and lots of fun. Nice pictures. Definitely worth it
Very nice quality. Nice big pieces that are easy for little hands to maneuver,
My grand daughter of 3 loves this game.
Very satisfied with this purchase
I used these to teach my lil guy (who loves puzzles) about numbers and counting. He liked them.
My kids love learning with these
Because they are self correcting puzzles, it is easy for a toddler to do independently and then they get the visual of the number VS the number of objects.
Got these puzzles for my two year old daughter and three year old nephew who are just learning how to put puzzles together. The big pieces and fun colors work great for them.
I am trying to teach my son to count higher and this is a great tool. He LOVES playing with this puzzle, and there are so many games that you can make up with it.
I purchased this product to use in my Pk classroom. I appreciate that it has two sets of puzzles for numbers 1-10, and one set for 11-20. I wish that all the numerals were the “male” pieces and all the picture cards were “female” because I like to use the cards to play a game of memory. And distinguishing the two would make the game a little faster. The pictures are bright and colorful and easy to see. The pieces are thick and sturdy. The pieces are self correcting which is great for little learners.
My son loves it.
Great game to teach toddlers to count
The cards are thicker and more durable than I expected. My kiddo likes them.
My granddaughter loves these educational puzzles. She thinks it's a fun game and it really helps her learn.
great start to learn your number
I like the pieces ... heavy duty and large enough for my pre-k (4 years old) to handle and not destroy.
My three year old niece loves these. Would definitely recommend.
Good learning puzzle tool. My kids like it!
Little one loves it!
I got it for my 5 years old son. He loves it
some piece fit but didn't match
Perfect for a child beginning to talk and explore
I really don't know. It was a gift.
They would be better for a school aged child instead of my 2 yr old. Prefers something more tangible to count
Arrived damaged, the cards inside are fine but the box is supposed to be used for storage ours is non usable.
Great affordable gift for toddlers
So fun for our 3 year old!
My 3 year old loves number and has them all over the house. Keeps him busy
My grand daughter really likes these to learn the numbers.
daughter loves them
Great for tutoring kids.
excellent
Toodler loves it. It has animals, cars and all the things we likes on them. She will pick a card and make the animals sound and the match it with the corresponding number. Recommend it to mother's tired of toddler watching TV and looking for fun games to play with them.
What I like most about this is that the cards are sturdy and big. My daughter (almost 2) can only count to 20, which is as high as the numbers go up to. What I don't like is that the side with the pictures does not have a number count on the back, so you are constantly having to count to make sure it is the right match. There are also some numbers (I think 1-10) that have two different picture pieces that it can be matched with, which is confusing, because then you do not have a match for every piece in the box. Overall, it is okay, but maybe not the best toy for anyone under 3 or 3.5.
My kids love it
Bought these for grands. As a retired educator I recommend this, and any matching puzzles.
Great puzzle pieces. Not easily bent. Arrived quickly. Just as described.
I have no complaints about this item, my daughter loves it also.
Great for my 4 yr old grandson.
This is a great learn to count tool. My grandson at first resisted and just pushed the pieces around. This was not only a counting tool but a speaking tool for a child that didn't speak. By the third day, he chose to work with the numbers... he promptly put the puzzles together and spoke as clear as a bell one, two... three. Words he had never said.
Too many pieces for my little guy. Will wait a year or so before we try these again. My little guy is 2
Great way to introduce number concepts, counting, puzzle matching, supervised or independent learning.
Great math concept for a 3 year old. My grand daughter learned how to count and likes to count items in the household.
our daughter loves this product. great for learning
Just right for little brains.
I was surprised to receive this and find that there are multiple sets of the numbers! I was leery of getting these cardboard ones vs. the wooden ones but these are very sturdy. Even the box they came in is fun for kids. My daughter likes to carry it around :)The only thing I don't like about them is that the pictures aren't all in rows so it can be hard, even as an adult, to easily tell how many are on each card. I have to point and count each one for the cards over 10. Maybe that was intentional, but it's probably the only thing I don't like about the puzzles.
I am so pleased that I purchased this puzzle for my 2 1/2 year old grand daughter. Right now, I am only using the numbers from 1 - 10 to keep it from becoming overwhelming. It keeps her counting and recognizing the numbers. As she gets older, I will add the higher numbers.
Given as a birthday gift, they are very happy with this product.
I never received the black switch to turn the lamp on and off. Good thing it's a "touch" lamp.
Kids love it! Good learning game, and picked up the other versions in time as the child mastered each game.
Got this product for my friend's son. She loved it because he just turned 3 and its a great tool to start teaching him numbers and how to count. I recommend this product for parents with young children
My soon to be 3 year old LOVES these! A great introduction to jigsaw style puzzles and learning to count! Goes all the way up to double digit numbers!
So much fun!
My child didnt like it , but it is well made.
I accidentally reviewed the wrong item on my first review. This item is an excellent buy and I am very pleased to have ordered this
This is great for all age groups.
I bought three sets of this product. The matching, the counting and the letters. It is a great card toys to learn and enjoy studying for my preschoolers kids. The only reason that I had give it 3 stars instead of 5; that I found it in the store for at least 4$ cheaper than Amazon price.
Good learning tool very happy m pleased
those are the best for the class work and at home quite play
As advertised.
Had these in my classroom! Well made and teaches math skills in a very fun way. The box is awesome... and easy to store! Buy it!
Great learning toy.
great buy
grandson loves it
Our 4 year old granddaughter loves these puzzles and they are durable.
box was severely dented as was the shipping box this was for my grand children that deal with sensory issues
the perfect puzzle game
The pieces are well made and are holding up well to a 2 year old who is just learning how to piece puzzles and is struggling. The pictures are bright and easily identifiable; I think this is a great game to play with a child who knows their numbers and is just learning to associate them with quantity.
The box that you put the pieces in was damaged
Cheap but decent. Wonder how long til its broke
Purchased a gift, appears to be as described. Made in China.
The description for the number set says 30, 2 piece sets. I was wrong in assuming it would be numbers 1-30. It's 1-20, then a 1-10 set. Kind of misleading but my son does enjoy them
This is awesome for my 7 yr old. Works great with his disability.
Great matching game to learn your numbers. I think I bought it at the wrong time though lol. My niece used to sit down with me to do flash cards and put puzzles together but lately her attention span is here there and everywhere. I know when she gets better at paying attention that she could really benefit, educationally, from this set. Can't wait to really get to use it!
Exactly what I was looking for! Perfect size for daughter's room. Was having a difficult time finding just a lamp base (I have a shade).
Gave to our 3 year old grandson who is trying to count. The number pieces are made of heavy cardboard. Took the advice of another review and told his mother to only give him up to number 10. Can advance with the other numbers once he accomplishes the first 10.
These are great learning puzzles.
Bought for my niece's 2nd birthday, and while these are too challenging for her, I am satisfied that the product I got was the product I ordered. Would definitely order from this company again!
Make sure child is ready for this or they could bend the pieces in half. My grandchild is not ready yet and she will be two years old soon.
There are a lot of pieces to this puzzle, but there are multiple "right" fits as all the 2's fit the pieces with 2 images on them. My son is 2.5 and I've segmented the ones under 10 for him to start out with, and he really enjoys playing with them. It provides an easy opportunity to practice numbers in a fun way!
Bought this for my 3 year old. We use them right now for 1-10 but can definitely use later on to add in the higher numbers. I believe it goes up to 20!
very study counting puzzle
Very good in educating your child. My son enjoys puzzles and he is very good at it so he loves playing these and it is helping him a lot. Will recommend this to parents that want to teach their kids something atleast. Instead of leaving everything to the daycares.
Toddler loves playing and matching the pieces
Very good quality
My daughter loves watching the ducks go round and round. They tend to fall over since there so light weight so it makes it difficult to play. It didn't come with stickers or the instruction manual. It was pretty easy to figure it out but the stickers would of been helpful.
Great for teaching! My kids are having fun and learning!
Great product
Good game for 3year old girl.
Simple. Easy to use for toddlers.
I have four-year-olds and this helps avalanche so much easier and had accounts and recognize numbers it's a godsend
Nice quality and learning tool.
My two year old grandson enjoys playing with this set.
I love that they fit like puzzle pieces!
I use this to train my three year old daughter her numbers and how to count. With dedication from both parties, it is possible to learn them quite easily.
This was a gift for my grandchildren.
My 3 year old granddaughter loves 'playing school' at Mimi's and this is one of the things she pulls out on a regular basis. Colorful and easy to put together puzzle pieces makes counting fun.
Great learning tool. My daughter was 4 before she really started to like these. Before that they did not hold her interest.
she liked it
Fun! Too complicated for 2.5 years but will be great later on.
Very nice math center.Fine motor skills, number recognition and association, eye/hand coordination.
Another great teaching tool!! Made well!!
A great birthday gift for a 2 year old.
I was very impressed with this puzzle. There are multiple pictures of the same number of items and they all match to the corresponding number. The cardboard pieces were easy to handle and fit together well. It is a great teaching tool and fun for the child! I bought this as a gift for a friends child but I plan on buying it again for my daughter when she is older. I'm also going to buy their other products as well.
Made a great gift! Good price with prime free delivery
Perfect for my 2 year old that is just learning to get her numbers straight. With little pictures she can count to discover the number, the matching puzzle-like pieces are an excellent way to recognize the shape of numbers. We love it. Great price, excellent product, fast shipping. Thank you!
Great fun!
excellent learning tool.
Excellent learning tool.
My 23 month old loves this. He has been counting for a while, but, we really don't think he knows what he's saying. This helps him to associate the number with an image - and it's not so complicated that he can't piece the pieces together (like the word puzzles). He only has the patience for up to 10 but, I was really delighted that this helped him. It also helps him to "stop counting" when he hits a number (he has a tendency to just keep counting right up to 10). It's still a bit of work maintaining his focus but...I LOVE this product.
Terrific educational toy.
Great game but found these cheaper at a popular discount store.
Decent quality, got it for my LO to start learning her numbers. Got the ABC set as well. Would recommend for any young learner.
My son loves these counting puzzles and ofter asks to play with them. We play several games with them: 1) identify numerical numbers, 2) count objects, and 3) as a memorization game by placing numbers upside down to see if he can remember their positions. Very exciting!
I bought these puzzles for my 2 years old 2nd birthday. She is now 28 months and can put them with their appropriate match, same thing with the spelling sets. I highly recommend starting these before the recommended age of 3, my daughter was just so into them. She loves counting and knows all her numbers so this was a lot of fun. And the spelling one, she can actually spell the words as she puts the puzzles together, great learning tools and helps gives kids a head start.
I am amazed by the quality of those puzzles. For less than 10$, they are awesome. They are made of strong cardboard. We bought the "Math" version for our 22 months old and she loves it. We were originally interested in the "Counting" one but realize that Math has the counting part in it for 1-10 and addition and subtraction for later. I feel like we will get a longer use out of it.All in all, definitively recommend it and will most likely buy more in the future for us and/or as gifts.
I purchased this item for a gift for our grandchild. Item was exactly as described. Arrived quickly and in good shape.
All of the pieces are matched in bold numbers and colors. My granddaughter loves playing this game and she never tires. I can tell her that the piece that matches the (3) sail boats is red and she grabs the red 3.One hint: I have removed all the numbers over 10 for now. Makes this a great grow with toy.
My two-year-old grandson likes to count but he needs help to grasp the concept of assigning a quantity to a number's name. The Learning Journey Match It will be very helpful. The puzzle format makes it fun. I was surprised how sturdythe pieces are. The coating will stand wiping off sticky finger prints with a damp cloth. The parts quickly pack up in the handy storage tote box. This educational toy did not disappoint.
i have 2 kids age 3 & 4. my son is the one who is in school, while he is on summer break i don't want him forgetting anything, this product is really good it has my son thinking & he's learning more numbers all the way to 20. perfect for my 3 year old she would be all set on her counting when she starts school.
I thought that I had already left positive feedback. No problem with the product at all. No problem with the shipper. I will by the same product again. I will attempt to use the same seller!!
My grandson Ethan enjoyed this gift, he can match the numbers to the pictures real quick.Getting him ready for preschool.Recommend this game for anyone for has a child or grandchild.
We gave this to our grandson with Downs this Christmas and his mom said that he loves it and likes to play it and she is teaching him sign language and it seems to help.
I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old. Very nice, I did see it for half price at TJ Max the day after I bought online but TJ's isn't exactly known for their consistent product or prices. I love it, my son loves it, wide enough array of pieces he can use now and can use for some time as he learns.
My 20 month old Granddaughter loves this kit. We had a slight issue with the handle in that it fits on the opposite side of where the lid is located. Thus, the box tends to open when ever it is picked up. One small piece of double sided velcro took care of the problem. Still, I highly recommend this product!
For my Grandson. He's bright anyway, but he always attempts and usually gets the assembly and word correct, and knows if it's wrong. A great little learning toy/tool.
The cards are thinner than expected. it's already looked worn after 10 mins. you can see the chew marks after 5 seconds in the mouth. other than that, it is a great counting game.
Cute puzzle, can really help kids learn how to count.my only complain is that some shapes fit numbers that are not the correct one. Other than this, I like it.
If you are looking to start matching numbers and pictures this is it. My son has Kleinfelter's syndrome so I needed a way to find matching puzzles like this for him and hes now 3 1/2 yrs. He likes the pictures and his speech is improving with this as well as learning numbers.
I bought for Birth day present to one of my colleagues son - I feel they are good for the price paid compared to ToysRUs etc. Quality & educational value of these toys are good.
